The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have luxury mattresses and bedding, hangers in closets, and luggage racks. All bathrooms have ample towels and bath supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Bedroom 1
New king bed with luxury mattress and bedding, Wi-Fi enabled TV, en suite bathroom with a shower and double sinks, and a rollaway bed in the closet.
Bedroom 2
Two new queen beds with luxury mattresses and bedding.
Bedroom 3
New full-size day bed with luxury mattress and bedding and twin trundle bed.
Full Bathroom 1
The first full bathroom is connected to the master bedroom. It has a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Full Bathroom 2
The second full bathroom is located on the second floor. It has a shower with a bathtub.
Half bathroom
The first floor has a new half bathroom off of the living room.
The Living Space
The main floor includes an eat-in kitchen with a new refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave; the kitchen is stocked with cookware, a toaster, Keurig coffee machine with pods, and plate service and flatware sufficient for large groups. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that can accommodate a large gathering for meals. The living room includes a large screen TV with YouTube TV access.
Outdoor space
The kitchen opens up to a furnished deck with stunning views of the St. Joe River, Leeper Park, the Rose Garden, and Michigan St. Bridge. An outdoor grill with a propane tank and grill tools are provided to. Patio furniture is available to enjoy the river and park in any season with stunning sunsets.
